Warranty / RMA Policy

 

Parts Warranty & RMA Policy

EPS warrants products for a period of 30 Calendar days from date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.  EPS agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished identical product replacement. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.


WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:

This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, installation, or care
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damages incurred during transportation


CLAIM PROCEDURES:

  • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within Thirty calendar days of purchase date by email to Sales@ElevatorPartSource.com. Claims for missing parts must be made within 3 calendar days after the merchandise is received
  • Any claim for defective material must be packed in original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection.
  • Pictures are required for defective / damaged material, with a copy of the original purchase receipt.  
  • If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit or refund will be issued


RETURN MATERIAL:

Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags must be intact.   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

  • Customer has 10 days to return material for credit once an RMA is created or the return will be non-refundable.  
  • RMA# must be on the package or shipping label of returned material.
  • Customer is responsible for the freight return of the material.
  • 35% restocking fee applied to any purchase returned for non warranty reasons.  


 

Warranty Exclusions

1. This warranty is non-transferable; 2) this warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, vandalism or improper installation; 3) this warranty does not include any damage incurred during the shipping process; and 4) EPS is not responsible and will not pay for any labor charges; damage incurred during installation, repair, or replacement; damage incurred to other related parts, injuries, loss of income, incidental and consequential damages; or any loss whatsoever connected therewith.


Purchasing Agreement

By purchasing from EPS, you acknowledge and understand all merchandise may be used / untested.  EPS is not responsible, shall not be held liable,  and will not pay for any labor charges; damage incurred during installation, repair, or replacement; damage incurred to other related parts, injuries, loss of income, incidental and consequential damages; or any loss whatsoever connected to this purchase or usage / Installation of purchased material.
